Company

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and administration of the compensation review process(es) in Compaas
  • Activities include merit/impact plan reviews, report writing and testing, dashboard and grid configuration design and testing; creating and testing participation rules and validations; HR training facilitation; assist with preparation of committee reporting, as needed
  • Coordinates submission of data for annual and ad-hoc executive compensation surveys or ad-hoc requests for due diligence connected to mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop compensation reports, tools, and dashboards to support the current and future needs of the Total Rewards Team, HR Relationship Managers, Compensation Committees, and senior leadership teams
  • Responsible for designing and the HRIS/Payroll platform in support of the organisation's compensation data management and reporting needs
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of organisational data within the HRIS/Payroll platform and creating standard and ad hoc queries or reports
  • You will also create and provide data summaries or statistical analysis
  • Assist with headcount reporting deliverables and tracking; prepare resource and cost related reports for committee meetings and monthly reporting; respond to ad hoc report and cost estimation requests; assist with development, implementation and ongoing support of a new headcount tracking tool
  • Develop an understanding of Namely’s security framework related to compensation data and perform regular audits
  • Performs other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience with general HCM knowledge - Namely experience a plus; strong report writing experience required, including Worksheets
  • Advanced Compensation preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to make recommendations and exercise initiative
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven data analysis and presentation experience
  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Appreciation for confidentiality and demonstrated discretion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
