We’re looking for an Inclusivity and Wellness Manager to drive our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and lead our wellness programs. You’ll ensure that Stonegate is an inclusive, supportive, and healthy place to work by promoting well-being and embedding DEI across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and roll out DEI and wellness strategies, working closely with HR and other teams to create an inclusive environment.
  • Deliver DEI training sessions and workshops, empowering teams at all levels to promote inclusivity.
  • Create and manage wellness programs that support mental and physical well-being, from stress management to work-life balance initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure inclusivity and well-being are part of everything we do.
  • Partner with external providers and attend industry events to stay ahead of best practices in DEI and well-being.
  • Track and report on progress, offering insights to drive continuous improvement.


About You:

You’re passionate about inclusivity and well-being, with experience developing DEI strategies and wellness programs. You’ve got strong communication skills and can engage people across all levels. You’re data-savvy, organized, and ready to make a positive impact.

  • Significant experience working within DEI, employee well-being, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of DEI principles, well-being strategies, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
  • Team player who enjoys collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel and a flexible approach to work
