Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the budget planning process and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial reports to the board and make recommendations on financial strategy.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary changes to improve financial efficiency.
  • Lead the Accounting & Finance Department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of the social care sector would be advantageous.
