Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue for HR consulting services and Coursademia’s soft skills training programs.
  • Identify and engage with corporate HR departments, training institutes, and early career professionals to market Romanspage’s consulting and training services.
  • Build relationships with universities, educational institutions, youth employment agencies, and corporate training departments to promote Coursademia’s soft skills training programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs in the HR consulting and soft skills training sectors, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote specific training courses on the Coursademia platform, focusing on increasing enrollment from young professionals.
  • Enhance the brand awareness of Romanspage’s HR consulting services through targeted digital and offline marketing, webinars, and industry events.
  • Work with the digital marketing executive to drive email marketing, social media campaigns, and other initiatives to reach a broader audience of early career professionals and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the training team to tailor marketing messages that align with the learning and development needs of early career professionals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing HR consulting or training solutions
  • Strong knowledge of HR consulting and training solutions
  • Experience in building relationships
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.

Additional Information
  • The salary for this position ranges from N100,000 to N150,000, based on experience.
  • Additionally, a commission will be offered for revenue generated,
  • Flexible working structure
