About The Company

Our client is a trailblazer in transforming access to high-performance computing for AI enterprises. We are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and boost our sales efforts in promoting our cutting-edge, decentralized GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) platform.

About The Role

As a key team member, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and real-world business needs. Collaborating closely with our Enterprise AI Sales team, you will understand customer challenges, demonstrate the technical capabilities of our client's GPUaaS platform, and provide support throughout the sales process to ensure successful AI deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Enterprise AI Sales representatives to identify and assess leads with significant AI workloads.
  • Educate clients about our GPUaaS solution through technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for GPU configurations and compute resources on our platform.
  • Assist in developing compelling proposals with the sales team, highlighting the cost-effectiveness and scalability of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to configure and deploy POC environments, showcasing the platform's performance and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, GPU technology, and the evolving features of our platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the AI or high-performance computing (HPC) sector.
  • Strong understanding of GPU architectures and their role in accelerating AI workloads, particularly GPUs like A100s and H100s.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and skilled at creating clear and concise proposals. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with AI enterprises and understanding their specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience in developing or overseeing POC environments for AI projects, particularly in deploying GPU clusters.
