Why does this role exist?

Due to our recent growth with an influx of new clients and increased workload, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting for this new role to support our expanding operations.

You will work on multiple client projects and help with the delivery of ‘Measure’ projects for a wide variety of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Measurement & data collection strategy
  • Implementation / Configuration of Google Analytics 4
  • Training clients on GA4
  • Analysing a website's key performance metrics and competitive trending
  • Campaign Measurement and governance
  • Creating forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models
  • Analytics audit & configuration
  • Dashboards & data visualisation
  • Deep Dive Analysis and Reporting
  • Technical Analytics Support
  • Tag Management, testing, and deployment (data layer specifications and validation)
  • Server-side tagging
  • This role requires client-facing

Tools to be used

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Looker Studio
  • Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud products
  • Other tools: Adobe Suite, Snowplow, Tealium

Ideal candidate

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics (including GA4).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Google Analytics solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating and customising dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products.
  • Excellent reporting and data visualisation skills.
  • Google Analytics certification is required.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Looker Studio for advanced reporting and visualization.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
