Job description

We are looking for a Community Specialist  to create and develop IT communities and their strategy and lead promo for a special series of community events.

Responsibilities

Build communities strategy
Work deeply with stakeholders to solve their problems through community
Lead events from scratch, participate in the conference organizing (online)
Use a variety of ways to promote: e-mails, socials posts, articles (before and after the event) about speakers and activities, a monthly digest
Organize and lead speaker's promo
Measure expectations and results
Collaborate with Local Corporate Functions to find ways to achieve Projects goals
Budget and report

Requirements

English level B2 and above
Strong communicational skills: ability to reason, speak up, discuss issues with the team
Experience in eventing (including online)
Good knowledge of marketing
Community management expertise
Experience in Canva, Figma, or other tools for designs, contact monkey
Ability to reason, speak up, discuss issues with the team
