What You'll Do
The Forecasting & Planning Analyst will be responsible in supporting the development & maintaining of Forecasting and Capacity planning processes across the Customer and Compliance Operations teams. This is a critical role in driving our business forward, ensuring our teams are prepared to enable growth and scale successfully. A key deliverable will be providing accurate and informed forecasts to ensure strong operational performance. This will assist in developing and deploying new resourcing tools whilst becoming a key point of contact for resource requirements.
- Maintain & drive improvements in Customer and Compliance Operations Forecast and Capacity Models, highlighting risk & opportunities in each business based on upcoming headcount & volume trends.
- Host bi-weekly planning and monthly capacity planning forums with Leaders highlighting forecast variance and Capacity requirements.
- Analyse data sets to assist with the development of resource models, highlighting key seasonality trends.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to understand resource requirements, business trends and impacts as business continues to grow and evolve.
- Assist in development of reports reflecting metric and forecast performance, with continual review of forecasting methodology to optimise forecast accuracy.
- Utilise Annual Capacity Plans to support with annual budget cycles.
- Support Forecasting and Planning Manager to develop & embed new Forecasting and Capacity processes across Operational teams.
- Partner with key business areas, such as sales, finance, and Talent Acquisition to drive alignment and a common understanding business performance & key challenges.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- Workforce Planning experience in a contact centre, back office, or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in workforce planning technology, forecasting, and scheduling methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience analysing, interpreting, and summarising complex data.
- Highly numerate, with significant experience of using Excel, Power BI or Google Sheets for data collation and analysis.
- Experience developing and analysing key metrics as part of critical business decision making.
- Excellent communicator with the skills and the ability to build strong and positive relationships.
- Strong interest in and aptitude for technology.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
About The Team
Goals of team - The Business Ops team supports all CCO functional groups. We focus on workforce planning, internal communications, and reporting.
- Deliver capacity and workforce planning reporting, tools, and guidance to ensure CCO has the right resources in place, blockers removed, and solutions enabled to support the business.
- Ensure our business needs have the resources they need to deliver the service.
- Provide data and insights into the performance of business and finances.
- Implement an Operating Reporting strategy to standardize and improve how CCO reports on its finance and business health to our senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders from various parts of the business, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Analytics and Insights, Talent Acquisition, People and culture, Corporate Communications, and more.
