We are actively looking for
Mechanical Engineers specializing in Rotary, Static, or Package systems. Positions available are
Engineer / Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer roles. Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess
2 to 20 years of experience in
EPC companies. The roles are based in
Chennai / Delhi / Mumbai/Ahmedabad, India, and will report directly to the Line Manager or Head of Department (HOD).
Job Purpose
This Senior Engineer / Principal will handle the requisitions independently for various units in the project. He / She will be handling the machinery related activities for the EPCM in Project.
About the Job:
- Preparation of Material requisitions, Specifications, Data sheets, ITP etc for the various rotating equipments
- Vendor offer evaluation and preparation of Technical Bid Tabulation reports
- Preparation of Purchase Order documents
- Vendor document review and approval
- Coordination with other disciplines for resolution of various Engineering issues and developments
- Coordination with the Client for resolution of Engineering issues and developments.
- Organizing different meetings with different disciplines, Vendors, Client for resolution of various Engineering issues / activities
- Progress reporting for the various Project activities.

Rotary Engineers:
Candidates should have strong experience in EPC companies in the field of Rotating equipments and conversant with API and ISO standards for all the Rotating equipments like pumps, Compressors, steam turbines, lube oil systems, Material of Construction etc and other rotating equipments.
Package Engineers:
As a Package Engineer, he/she must have handled Skid mounted packages such as material handling equipment, chemical dosing skids, utility packages and other process packages in Oil/Gas/Petrochemical or other Chemical Industries.
Static Engineers:
- Should be proficient in use of Industry Design Software Elite, PV Elite, Compress, Auto pipe etc.
- ASME Sec. VIII Div.1/2 for Design of Pressure Equipment of Pressure vessels / heat exchangers / columns.
- TEMA for Shell & Tube Exchangers
- API Codes for Air Coolers , Exchangers, Tanks
- Local Stress Analysis for Nozzles, Supports
- National Standards & Industry practices for Wind and Seismic Design of Tall Columns
- Trays and Tower Internals
- Filters and Allied Equipment
- Familiarity in ASME Sec. VIII Div.2 for High Pressure Equipment
- Handling Revamp Equipment, Revamp Projects
