Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to head Campaign Operations and Marketing Technology SupportYou will be responsible for managing the people processes and tools that enable our marketing campaigns and strategies This includes contributions to the management and use of our marketing automation stack.You will collaborate with other senior leaders across the organization to align our marketing technology processes with business goals and customer needs

Responsibilities

Campaign Operations Lead

Manage a team of Campaign Operations Managers responsible for the operational design implementation and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels and segments.

Manage Campaign Operations processes including the intake distribution and execution of campaign requests across multiple channels and regions.

Coach and mentor team as well as marketing stakeholders by contributing to the development deployment and performance of campaigns

Monitor and forecast resource utilization maintaining detailed reporting that is shared with management on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.

Work closely with internal clients on campaign strategies that best utilize the technologies available to them. Clients will represent all verticals and regions within the Cognizant portfolio.

Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement rates conversion rates pipeline velocity and ROI and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to core marketing and sales teams globally.

Marketing Technology Support

Support the use of technologies within Cognizant Marketing Automation stack. This includes execution training and troubleshooting.

Work closely with MarTech leadership and IT to develop and manage a bestinclass marketing technology stack including contributions to roadmap and strategy.

Help drive campaign technology adoption with stakeholders globally through trainings strategic conversations and recommendations during campaign planning.

Partner with IT to monitor and maintain our technology health and security

Maintain an expertlevel understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape including identifying new technologies and trends in the industry.

Maintain an expertlevel understanding of Demand Generation tactics and account-based marketing strategies
