Job Title: Individual Sales – Oracle Insurance Solutions

Location: Johannesburg, Cape Town or Dubai

Responsible Markets: Africa

Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Individual Sales to join our dynamic team and drive sales of Oracle Insurance solutions across multiple African markets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving strategic objectives by working closely with CXOs and leveraging deep industry insights and a robust partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the insurance sector across designated markets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise accounts in the financial services industry, focusing on insurance.Act as a trusted liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Enhance brand recognition and visibility in the target markets through consistent achievement of sales KPIs over the last 3 years.Leverage existing CXO level connections and foster new ones within the insurance industry to promote Oracle Insurance solutions.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales and growth opportunities.Collaborate with partners and industry experts to enhance business reach and understanding of local market dynamics.Provide regular reports on sales results, market conditions, and new opportunities for business growth and improvement.Requirements:

A minimum of 20 years of experience in handling enterprise accounts, product sales, or account management in the financial services sector. Proven track record in the insurance sector, with mandatory experience covering Life, Pensions, General, and Health Insurance. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs consistently over the past 3 years.Strong domain knowledge of industry transformation and a solid understanding of the dynamics within the insurance sector.Established CXO level connections within the insurance marketplace, particularly in MEA region.Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and strong relationships with key players and industry experts in the target markets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive teams towards achieving business goals.
