IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 2+ years of working with systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and QMS
• Proficient in platforms such as MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Kinaxis, O9, Siemens OE, Proficy SF, Plex SM, VisualFactory, and others
• Engaged in 2+ manufacturing digitalization projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, throughput, and visibility
• Knowledgeable about Next Gen solutions like Digital Twin, Automated Processing, Visual Quality Control, Connected Factory, and more
• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Fluent in English with professional-level proficiency
• Accomplished with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Fluent in German (would be a plus)

• Ideate and research digital technologies, applications, and software for manufacturing operations
• Participate in technical committees to guide digital transformation strategies
• Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions to support and streamline the strategic vision
• Align stakeholders on proposed solutions and facilitate handover to the execution team
• Take ownership of project roadmap progress, ensuring alignment with the established plan
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various levels and backgrounds
• Leverage expertise to assist in creating presales materials and act as a consultant to drive successful outcomes
