The Role:

AMS in collaboration with a global biopharmaceutical solutions company is looking to bring on board a Senior Recruiter who will become a part of an experienced AMS global talent acquisition team. Your role will be pivotal in building collaborative relationships with our client in support of hiring top talent across European markets.


Who are we looking for?

Senior Recruiter with fluent or close to native level of German, who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities through a sourcer and help plan innovative resourcing strategies.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proactively work with a talent acquisition sourcer to receive the needed support, oversee development of pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with client Hiring Managers and other senior stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
  • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
  • Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.


Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with client senior stakeholders.
  • Must have full professional fluency in English and German.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders and teammates.
  • Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes.
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
  • Clinical, medical and/or regulatory recruitment experience is desired, but not a must.
