Job description

We seek a driven Junior Expense Analyst who excels in numbers and communication. This role involves working within the Travel & Expense management system, where you will perform daily tasks and initiate process optimization and improvements.

Audit expense reports and ensure compliance with the Travel & Expense guidelines
Provide training and customer service to internal and external clients
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Assist with internal and external audit initiatives for the Corporate Travel and Expense Program

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
2+ years of work experience in finance
Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of reporting and statistics packages (Excel and similar)
Ability to collect, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information
Presentation skills
B2+ written and spoken English
