Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Identity Data Management Specialist, where you will play an instrumental role in supporting a specialized Department of Defense (DoD) program. This position entails close collaboration with the Identity Data Management Office, facilitating critical operations to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and oversee projects, ensuring the organization of tasks for present and future operations.
  • Conduct thorough data analyses to uncover opportunities for enhancing processes.
  • Manage workforce data, facilitating requests for computer accounts, and maintaining essential DoD databases.
  • Review and verify personnel security documents to ensure they comply with program policies.
  • Protect the handling of classified information, maintaining comprehensive records and systems to track actions.
  • Generate reports, information papers, and briefings as required.
  • Develop training materials and deliver orientation sessions for new hires and DoD personnel.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and identifying process enhancement opportunities.
  • Experienced in managing workforce data and DoD databases.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reviewing security documents.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a master’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 to 10 years of pertinent experience in supporting military and/or intelligence operations, with a focus on Signature Reduction Activities.
  • Completion of a Due Diligence Course is required.
  • Candidates must possess U.S. citizenship and hold a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
