Job Title: Data Analyst III - Remote

Job Overview

Join our innovative team as a Data Analyst III, where your passion for transforming data into actionable insights will be pivotal in shaping our data initiatives. As a Data Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects that deliver significant business value and ensure the integrity and usability of our data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of data solutions, ranging from basic to intricate, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT teams to synchronize ad hoc and point solutions with established data architecture.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating varied data domains to formulate cohesive solutions.
  • Direct the technical efforts of product and scrum teams, both full-time employees and contractors, to preserve the quality of data solutions.
  • Create advanced data pipelines, reports, and dashboards facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee solution assessments and work in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to effectively deploy data visualizations and statistical analyses.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enhance and scale data solutions for broader application.
  • Advocate for and implement approaches that promote swift business decision-making and broaden reuse opportunities.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of essential data assets for enterprise-wide utilization.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience in technology with a strong proficiency in data solutions.
  • 4 years of experience leading complex technology projects and influencing organizational strategy.
  • 2 years of experience focused on Data Modeling and Architecture.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills to query large and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; knowledge of Python or R is advantageous.
  • Experience in data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
