Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient Desktop Support Consultant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our clients’ IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations at all times. This position is primarily remote; however, both remote and on-site engagements are essential, necessitating travel to clients within the Denver Metro area. Candidates should possess reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve client issues via phone, in-person, or electronically
Troubleshoot and rectify hardware, software, and network challenges for computers, printers, servers, and network devices
Execute system upgrades and migrations
Monitor system performance and guarantee reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fulfill IT requirements

Required Skills

Prior experience in IT services or consulting
Capacity to foster strong relationships with clients
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities
Professional and positive demeanor
Comprehensive understanding of Computer Science principles
Familiarity with Computer Management tools
Proficient in Windows 10 and 11, Office applications, and Office 365
