Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the buyer-facing digital experience on our website and mobile applications, specifically designed for high-net-worth clients.
  • Oversee the comprehensive product experience, ensuring it reflects luxury and sophistication while driving consumer demand through effective SEO and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate a customer-focused strategy by utilizing strong empathy for high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their experience and motivating purchasing decisions.
  • Lead the execution of a seamless, premium buyer journey that aligns with the expectations of discerning customers.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of SEO practices to refine site content and architecture, enhancing organic traffic and visibility while preserving luxury branding.
  • Innovate product features and digital experiences to captivate affluent clients, ensuring an exceptional journey from discovery to acquisition.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing and monitoring KPIs that will inform an evolving product strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, software development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver superior product solutions, fostering alignment and trust among stakeholders through insightful data-driven storytelling.
