Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop technical and quality engineering programs, creating innovative solutions to meet industry standards.
• Utilize advanced engineering practices to tackle complex challenges and ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth in the field.
• Create and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Formulate detailed project plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, and personnel needs, while monitoring project progress.
• Collaborate on a Facility Review Board to lend QA expertise during facility start-up and operations.
• Communicate project objectives and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, while preparing professional reports.
• Act as a quality assurance expert, evaluating QA programs from major participants and guiding necessary corrective actions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as designated by management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Substantial experience in quality control, materials management, or related areas including civil/structural and mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to conduct field inspections, including navigating uneven surfaces and climbing ladders.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills complemented by strong communication capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Engineering.
• Associate degree coupled with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma with a minimum of 16 years of diversified experience in Quality Assurance or related areas.
