Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire purchase order process, ensuring timely tracking and delivery of goods.
  • Onboard new suppliers and coordinate with various departments for a smooth integration.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts by assessing market trends and pricing strategies to maximize savings for the organization.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate forecasting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Uphold compliance with all procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Address supplier-related challenges proactively and efficiently.
  • Utilize SAP Ariba for invoicing, payment management, and issue resolution.
