Job Overview

As a Drivers Education Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behind-the-wheel training and developing customized lessons that adhere to state curriculum standards, while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging behind-the-wheel instruction for driver education students.
• Design and implement informative lessons aligned with state curriculum standards.
• Offer personalized guidance to address the unique needs of each learner.
• Cultivate an inclusive and motivational learning space that promotes active engagement.
• Apply innovative teaching strategies to ensure students not only meet basic requirements but also gain a thorough understanding of safe driving practices.
• Conduct and assess driving tests in compliance with state regulations.

• Valid Ohio Driver’s Education Instructor Certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drivers Education Instructor.
• FBI/BCI report issued within the past 90 days.
• Recent physical examination completed within the last year.
