Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Triage Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your clinical acumen to perform remote patient assessments, deliver health education, and oversee utilization management services. You will have the opportunity to evaluate patients’ medical conditions through telephonic consultations, provide immediate care recommendations, and facilitate suitable referrals or interventions. Additionally, you will address patient inquiries concerning medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and a variety of health-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic consultations to evaluate patients’ medical conditions and offer appropriate guidance.
• Provide support and education on various health-related topics.
• Coordinate referrals and suggest interventions as necessary.
• Address inquiries about medications, diagnostic tests, and general medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (in good standing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
