Key Responsibilities

• Denial Management: Investigate and address claim denials through appeals, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring accurate resubmission of claims.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies and patients to expedite the payment of outstanding balances.
• Compliance: Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and ensure all billing practices are compliant with these standards.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for effective data tracking and reporting.
