Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Eastern Region Sales Manager to join our innovative team focused on sustainable design and mass timber construction. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating demand and driving revenue through strategic relationships with key players in the commercial construction sector. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, coupled with regular travel to engage with clients and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture enduring connections with developers, architects, general contractors, and engineers by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Structural Round Timber (SRT) and Sawn Heavy Timber (SHT), along with current trends in sustainability and construction.
  • Act as a representative for the company within the wider developer and contractor networks.
  • Identify and assess new sales opportunities, responding adeptly to incoming inquiries.
  • Serve as a project consultant and liaison within the design community, creating value-added project solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team while maintaining proactive communication with clients.
  • Present quotations, negotiate contracts, and generate revenue through a consultative selling approach.
  • Oversee and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Proven success in sales development within the structural solutions and mass timber construction sectors.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, complemented by adept problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests while achieving financial and volumetric objectives.

Qualifications
