Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately convert data from physical documents into digital files or database systems.
  • Transcribe documentation from dictated audio recordings.
  • Take comprehensive notes during meetings to facilitate detailed records.
  • Review and edit completed work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
  • Organize and gather typing materials to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Generate spreadsheets and presentations by integrating data from existing documents.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Scan and print documents as required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or in a related capacity.
  • Proficient typing skills with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy; familiarity with touch typing is advantageous.
  • Experience utilizing data recorders and optical scanners.
  • Competence in word processing software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Adaptability to using various office equipment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with a keen eye for detail in identifying errors.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications
