The Opportunity:

The Revenue Integrity Quality Assurance Analyst supports the operations of the Revenue Integrity team by completing both overall and account-level quality reviews for domestic and global Revenue Integrity in accordance with policies and procedures. Quality audits are inclusive of assessing staff adherence to Revenue Cycle policies, procedures and guidelines established by Revenue Integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

  • Completes timely and accurate quality audit reviews while adhering to Revenue Cycle policies and procedures.
  • Performs evaluations in an unbiased and consistent manner
  • Document quality assurance findings and trends to leadership
  • Validates productivity measurements and provides continuous monitoring of the efficacy of the production standards
  • Maintain/Update quality scorecards
  • Operational Improvement
  • Conducts extensive root cause analysis to determine key issues and translates quality auditing results into actionable recommendations for improvement, relays findings and recommended action plan.
  • Perform root cause analysis to understand key issues and operational risks to help drive targeted improvements across Revenue Integrity.
  • Performs process, operational and system workflow monitoring/reviews to ensure that efficient, work processes are being executed.


Education

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare revenue cycle management and proactively share knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborates with educators in assessing areas of improvement based on quality review results and trending. Provide recommendations for training needs, tool and materials.
  • Evaluation of current processes and tools and propose changes in order to drive efficiencies within Revenue Cycle.
  • Coordinate operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
  • This position will be proactive in auditing and reconciling each analysts own data findings, report results in order to maintain improve the quality and integrity data provided by the analyst.


Experience We Love:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar area
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
  • CRCR Certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire
