HealthEquity is seeking a talented leader with an exponential mindset to drive the strategy and execution of our public-facing digital properties. This individual will oversee the management and optimization of our public website, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience while improving web performance, SEO, and content management systems.The role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-performing digital experiences. 


Success in this role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership in managing large-scale web properties. The Sr Manager of Digital Growth must be experienced in navigating the intersection of web development, user experience, and digital marketing, all while driving measurable results in SEO, web performance, and digital innovation

  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution for HealthEquity's public website, including SEO, page performance, and content management.
  • Manage a team of web developers and collaborate with external marketing agencies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancements of the public website, ensuring an optimal and scalable user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT to implement new website features and improvements.
  • Manage page requests, asset management, and SEO optimization efforts.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop and implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance.
  • Develop testing protocols to ensure continuous improvement and functionality of the public site
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the website is secure, up to date with the latest security patches, and compliant with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare companies)
  • Support B2B & B2C marketing efforts by creating and managing multiple landing pages
  • Lead the ongoing evolution, maintenance, and optimization of the company's public website
  • This role will need to be periodically available on weekends to address any needs that arise as it pertains to the public website

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital experience management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading website management efforts, including SEO, content management systems, and performance optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Experience with digital analytics, tag management, and web architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience operating within a CMS (Contentful experience preferred)
  • Experience leveraging web personlization tools and strategies to create dynamic, user-centric experiences

Salary Range: $99500.00 To $140000.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
