Regional Account Manager


We are looking for a driven salesperson to join our team as a Regional Account Manager for our ServiceMaster Restore Brand. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the National Account team to support the overall account strategy, as well as execute selling and account penetration strategies with our National Customers. This role grows the business by developing, strengthening, and managing key customer relationships within assigned accounts and territory. You'll partner closely with customers and the franchise network to increase program and brand awareness.


What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with National Account Manager and Sales Leadership on growth strategies specific to retain and expand services provided to existing national customers.
  • Develop, manage, and implement selling strategies with sales and claims leaders within assigned accounts to drive profitable revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Strengthen relations with franchise network to execute on opportunities presented by National Customers.
  • Partner with franchise network on residential/commercial sales events to increase brand and program awareness in respective markets.
  • Provide feedback from customer and network experiences to National Account Manager to support client retention and growth strategy.
  • Support the implementation of new programs and new services to drive account penetration.
  • Coordinate and leverages internal resources, including the account management team, operations, marketing, etc. to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and account retention.
  • Work with Marketing to assist in the coordination of events and communications to new and existing customers.
  • Attend customer and industry events and lead customer meetings.
  • Handle client and network service issues through resolution, including tracking and reporting.
  • Collect and apply market and customer intelligence.
  • Support national tasks as directed by sales management.
     

What you bring:

  • Experience within Commercial, Restoration, or Insurance industries required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management role in a services industry responsible for large B2B customer relationships
  • Strong relationship management skills to build sales momentum to drive growth
  • Strong competitive selling capabilities and thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool

 

Work Location: 

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County


Compensation Details: 

The wage range for this role accounts for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At ServiceMaster, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000  to $105,000 plus bonus.
