Job Title: Remote Outbound Sales Executive (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 USD/month + commissions

Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule will be flexible, 8 hours a day, roughly east coast US business hours

Job Overview:

Our client is a digital marketing and web design agency. Focused on providing digital marketing & web design services to US-based dentists. A remote-first company with employees based in the USA, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Spain. Run using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). EOS is built around optimizing 6 components: People, Vision, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction, and requires strong leadership and individual accountability.

They deliver predictable and consistent new patient growth for dentists – everything from dental startups, established practice, and growing Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The company founder leads the Marketing/Sales team and is looking to add a Business Development Representative who will support their marketing and sales efforts. They expect that the Business Development Representative will complete 35 intro calls and set up 11 proposal pitches monthly.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential outbound leads within the dental industry.
  • Conduct Initial Outreach: Engage with potential partners through emails, calls, and social media
  • Complete Intro Calls: Schedule and conduct introductory calls to gather information, build rapport and assess the fit of each prospect
  • Set Proposal Pitches: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and our Business Development Manager
  • Assist in Onboarding: When a partner signs, you’ll help them begin working with our marketing and web design teams
  • Report Results: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progress.
  • Time will be divided roughly as follows:
  • 50% - Find new lead opportunities and reach out to them
  • 35% - Conduct introductory calls and shepherd leads through our sales pipeline
  • 15% - Onboard newly signed partners

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Proven Appointment-Setting Experience: Successfully scheduling and securing meetings with potential clients.
  • Results-Driven Accountability: Consistently meeting or exceeding set targets and goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with prospects through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously, maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge of the Dental Industry: Familiarity with the dental industry or a willingness to learn about the unique needs and challenges faced by dental practices.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven individual who can work independently to meet and exceed targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report on sales activities.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Focus on achieving measurable results and continuously improving outreach strategies.

  • $450USD in other technology/office expenses will also be reimbursed – monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
  • 2.5% commission on closed sales
  • Average deal size = $15,000
