We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer/SDET to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated and manual testing. You will design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and scripts, while also collaborating with developers to identify, report, and resolve defects early in the development process.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing, automation, and a solid understanding of software development principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, along with experience in test automation tools and frameworks, is essential. You should be passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail.


Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts
  • Execute both automated and manual test cases to ensure the quality of software products
  • Work closely with developers to understand product features and define test strategies
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve them
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing practices across the team
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or SDET
  • 3+ years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
  • Strong programming skills in C#
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
  • Experience with Selenium and NUnit
