We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager, ideally with a background in Financial Publishing. The Senior Affiliate Manager will play a critical leadership role in managing Strikepoint’s client email marketing programs. This includes overseeing email advertising campaigns to drive client revenue, managing relationships with advertisers and publishers, and leading the direct audience booking team. In addition, this role will be responsible for tracking campaign performance, optimizing for maximum effectiveness, and driving new business growth.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing teams and freelancers, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and leading complex digital marketing initiatives. A passion for digital marketing, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong personal and professional relationships are essential. This role focuses specifically on email and affiliate marketing. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in managing email campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and media buying.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the direct audience booking team, including freelancers.

  • Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns between advertisers and publishers to recruit and retain affiliates.

  • Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding new affiliates, providing updates, and resolving issues.

  • Track communication between advertisers and publishers to ensure client needs are met.

  • Assist with reporting and performance analysis for affiliate campaigns, leveraging Google Sheets and other tools.

  • Track media spending and campaign performance daily to ensure budgets are met and client KPIs are achieved.

  • Analyze affiliate program performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the digital media team to implement new affiliate marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee the setup and delivery of dedicated email ads, including pulling HTML files and trafficking them to publishing partners (HTML knowledge is a plus).

  • Manage the integration of client lead forms with internal platforms via tools like Zapier and ClickFunnels.

  • Ensure all media content has the correct links, pixels, HTML, tags, etc., and is functioning properly.
