Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Business Analyst who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to excellence in project management. This remote position offers the chance to collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring the effective execution and delivery of projects within the mortgage sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address production system challenges and oversee escalation support.
  • Oversee all stages of project execution to guarantee that goals are achieved.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and evaluate work processes.
  • Work in partnership with programmers to develop solutions for system and client-related issues, which includes drafting Technical and Functional Specifications documents.
  • Create and execute project plans for smaller-scale initiatives.
  • Provide insights on the implications of business changes and generate user documentation for new programming efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of business procedures and operations.
  • Relay user requirements to leadership and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department as required.
  • Maintain constructive working relationships across all management levels and team members.
  • Uphold company policies and embody core values.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

Qualifications
