Required Skills

• Military service: Proven experience with the VA loan process is essential.
• Mortgage processing experience: Prior experience as a Loan Processor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VA loans: Familiarity with WebLGY, Lender Handbook, AUS, etc., is required.
• Effective communication skills: Capacity to build rapport and communicate proficiently with clients.
• Organizational prowess: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Technical proficiency: Experience with mortgage loan origination systems (Calyx, Encompass, LendingQB, etc.).
