As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting automation test suites using Python, documenting test cases in TestRail, and collaborating with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Experience with SQL is a plus, and you will also work on consuming and testing RESTful APIs, contributing to the overall stability and performance of our applications.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Python.
- 2+ years of experience working as QA Engineer.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience writing automated tests from acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge and experience working with Selenium.
- Experience with testing UI, APIs and Databases.
- Experience with ticketing and CI.(Jenkins and Jira ideally)
- Pytest is an extra.
- Docker is an extra.
Responsibilities.
- Creating, maintaining and increasing automated tests in our QA infrastructure
- Test case documentation in TestRails
- Working closely with our Director of Test Engineering and our Product Managers team to define acceptance criteria and implement new test scenarios.
- Coding plays a crucial role in your problem-solving tool box, whether that be writing automated test cases for specific features, or enhancing and expanding our regression testing frameworks.
