We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our distinguished General Liability Group within our innovative defense litigation practice. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload in defense litigation with a primary focus on general liability, encompassing personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and habitability claims.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes, perform depositions, and draft essential motions.
• Play a pivotal role in trial preparation and represent clients during trials, with a strong preference for candidates who possess trial experience.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to provide outstanding legal services.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of substantial experience in defense litigation.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in general liability matters, particularly personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and habitability claims.
• Strong litigation capabilities, including expertise in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Trial experience is highly advantageous.
• Active membership in the California Bar and residency in California is required.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
