Job Overview

As an Education Coordinator, you will be instrumental in executing and overseeing tutoring initiatives that cater to the academic needs of numerous students. Your role will involve monitoring student advancement and delivering exceptional support to families, ensuring every child receives the necessary resources for success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, timely communication abilities, and proficiency in technology, including fluency in Spanish. A strong foundation in K-12 educational methodologies is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary Special Education academic services to students and their families.
  • Collaborate with students and school district partners to manage and execute programs and initiatives.
  • Structure class schedules to optimize staffing and efficiency.
  • Monitor and assess student academic performance on both individual and group levels.
  • Facilitate conferences with stakeholders to discuss student progress, adapt educational plans, and support renewals.
  • Cultivate an atmosphere of open dialogue with students and parents to encourage effective conflict resolution.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to uphold high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide administrative oversight for regional operations, ensuring timely report submissions and efficient task prioritization.
  • Adapt seamlessly to a remote-first management structure.
  • Offer virtual administrative support, which includes managing communication, compiling daily business data, and documenting interactions with schools, tutors, and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to time management regulations and policies.

  • Exceptional organizational and efficiency skills.
  • Strong communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with K-12 teaching methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
