Job Description

The Sr Associate position is responsible for processing all aspects of the Contact Center’s time off requests. This position will appropriately respond to time off requests based on a predetermined set of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to time off requests in a friendly and courteous manner based on established requirements

• Process time off requests based on established service level goals

• Develops and maintains internal/external relationships to facilitate products/service delivery

• Generate low complex reports

• Participate in and support staffing and scheduling initiatives in order to meet contact center goals

• Ability to provide feedback and respond appropriately

• Demonstrate an understanding of departmental issues and how related areas interact to achieve results

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
