To strengthen our Content and Marketing team, we are seeking an experienced Website Content Coordinator with a proven background in content management, SEO, and digital marketing. This is an ideal role for a highly organised and detail-orientated individual who is diligent and experienced in website content strategies and implementation.

Our new upcoming trading platform, Kinesis Pro, is a cornerstone of this vision, offering a bespoke cryptocurrency trading experience for retail and institutional clients. As our Website Content Coordinator, you will be a strategic contributor to the Kinesis and Kinesis Pro website. Additionally, you will manage the implementation of translations across all our websites, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

 

 

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a detail-oriented and diligent individual who can manage and implement content on the Kinesis website. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in content management, SEO, or digital marketing, with expertise in web content strategies and analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Website Content Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of web content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Translations: Create and manage websites in different languages, handle TMS (Translation Management Systems) processes, coordinate new copy with translating agencies, and publish it across multiple languages.
  • Ongoing Web Content Management: Update copy, imagery, and other elements on the English site to reflect ad hoc product and program changes and new releases, and repeat the process across all supported languages.
  • Ongoing Media Centre Management: Post market analysis and blogs approved by the Content team, manage weekly LFTV (Friday upload) website updates and corresponding outreach emails, and handle weekly Talking Trades (Tuesday upload) titles and descriptions.
  • Email Testing: Coordinate with Design to create email templates for releases, communicate required imagery with design, and oversee the testing process up to the final test approved by seniors.
  • SEO Implementation: Write and implement meta descriptions, meta titles, and supply ongoing alt text for all images uploaded to the Kinesis Money and Pro website.
  • Dev & UX WordPress Backend Changes: Perform backend optimisations, collaborate with the Development team to conduct regular auditing and cleaning of the media library and pages/posts database, and repeat the process across all supported languages.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform content strategy.

       

      Required Skills & Experience:

      • 2+ years of experience as a Website Content Coordinator.
      • Deep understanding of web content strategies and digital marketing.
      • Proven ability to create and manage web content and support SEO goals.
      • Expertise with content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and SEO software.
      • Strong research skills and the ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
