Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will ensure our decisions are firmly rooted in data, enhancing user experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis utilizing the latest tools and methodologies.
  • Develop data models that lay the groundwork for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
  • Analyze the performance and recruitment of our delivery personnel to gain valuable insights.
  • Leverage data to anticipate demand and strategically manage inventory, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Design and execute experiments to assess the outcomes of product initiatives.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to promote a robust data culture throughout the organization.
  • Monitor project success metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and modeling, with a focus on supply chain or operational contexts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python.
  • Comprehensive understanding of statistical methods and the ability to construct predictive models.
  • Experience in designing and assessing experiments within software product environments.
