Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with a strong background in database management and data visualization to join our team. You will play a key role in assembling data from an existing data lake and delivering insightful reports that drive decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for the business.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s CTO to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and assemble data from the existing data lake, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Understand the underlying database structures and be able to manipulate and query data effectively.
• Participate in a hands-on assessment involving project to demonstrate your capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial industry is crucial.
• Familiarity with data lakes and experience in data assembly and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is a must since the entire daily routine will be conducted in English.
• Ability to work independently throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements discovery, development, and testing.
