💎 Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead, preferably in a software house environment. Proven ability to design and execute HR programs independently, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for building relationships are key. We're looking for someone adaptable, with experience working in dynamic, self-organized teams, who is community-minded and enjoys a flat organizational structure.

Collaborate with our leaders to understand the business context and support them through HR initiatives.
