As an Operations Business Manager at P&G you will be responsible for leading and delivering the daily operations and ensuring operational excellence for the organization or sub-organization. Depending on the area of business, this could include daily operations such as KPI's,  Stewardship and Culture, payment on time, transport operations, forecast accuracy or activities associated with accruals and cost control. Optimizes resources and builds capability to continuously deliver improved results over time (i.e. end-to-end service delivery).

Reponsabilities:

  • Lead and supervise a Regional Operations team

  • Lead processes and KPIs transformation to ensure KPIs such as Timely Payment to Transport Suppliers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate transportation data

  • Develop strategies to improve data quality and streamline processes

  • Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master degree graduate

  • Proven similar experience.

  • Very good speaking and written command of English.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and E2E simplification focus.

  • Experience in data management tools.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
