Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing projects, including content creation, brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and on-time delivery of results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Owner of marketing project management tools.

  • Partner with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to streamline workflows and support project execution.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on key initiatives.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for internal events, brand activations, and campaign-related activities.

Process Improvement & Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with marketing leads to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and project quality.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions, helping to define project scopes, set priorities, and establish goals that align with broader business objectives.
  • Support teams with ad-hoc project management needs, such as event planning, partnership activation, and campaign reporting.

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide regular project updates to marketing leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, roadblocks, and critical successes.
  • Create documentation for project reviews, capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute post-project performance reports, offering insights to optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or a related role, preferably within a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira) and an understanding of marketing processes.
