As a Manager within our Oracle Data and Analytics team, you will play a vital role in steering clients through their data evolution, leveraging Oracle’s data solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce expenditures, elevate customer experiences, and adhere to compliance mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation and execution of data and analytics projects, focusing on data governance, management, and analytical implementations.
• Supervise a diverse and talented team of professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their unique requirements, assess data flows, and formulate tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and client teams to design and implement optimal data architecture, analytics solutions, and data governance frameworks.
• Evaluate current technologies and recommend data solutions that drive organizational improvements.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery while overseeing resources, budgets, and client expectations.
• Clearly communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, maintaining high ethical standards in business conduct.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead data-centric initiatives and teams, with experience in tools such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Oracle FAW, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong foundation in data architecture, financial systems, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Familiarity with agile data modeling techniques is advantageous.
• Effective coaching skills, with the ability to nurture team development and foster a trusting collaborative environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in managing data strategy, governance, and implementation projects.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is \(100,000 - \)232,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and more.
