We are seeking a dedicated Solutions Architect with expertise in Oracle Data & Analytics to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage teams of analysts, architects, and developers, both onshore and offshore, to provide comprehensive data-driven solutions.
• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement data strategies that enhance data flows, architecture, and governance for our clients.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze various data sources and stakeholder inputs to devise actionable solutions for complex business challenges.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations while guiding them to meet their objectives.
• Data Solutions: Direct the design and deployment of cloud-based data and analytics solutions, primarily utilizing Oracle products such as Oracle Analytics, Oracle ADW, and Power BI.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring that delivery remains aligned with established goals.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate data architecture and analytics projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, OAC, Power BI, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in leading consulting engagements and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Expertise in process automation and analytics with tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in data modeling, cloud-based solutions, and finance-related data architecture.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data strategy, data governance, and data solution implementation.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: \(100,000 - \)232,000, commensurate with experience and location.
• Up to 60% travel may be required.
