Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (HTML). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, building, and optimizing email campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, ensuring they are responsive, engaging, and aligned with business goals. This role requires someone with strong email coding skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage campaigns across different email clients and devices.

The Role
  • Email Development: Code responsive and mobile-friendly email templates using HTML, CSS, and inline styling, ensuring consistency across major email clients and devices.
  • Template Building: Build reusable, modular email templates and components for various campaigns, including promotional emails, transactional emails, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • QA and Testing: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all email campaigns to ensure flawless rendering across all major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), devices, and browsers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and copywriters to translate mockups and wireframes into fully coded, engaging email campaigns.
  • ESP Integration: Work with various email service providers (ESP) such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other platforms to implement dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation.
  • A/B Testing: Set up and code A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, CTA placement, and design elements for maximum engagement.
  • Data and Analytics: Collaborate with the analytics team to review campaign performance, make data-driven recommendations for improvements, and implement coding best practices to enhance email deliverability and engagement.
  • Coding Optimization: Stay updated on best practices for email development, including coding techniques that optimize load times, improve accessibility

The Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing
  • Experience setting up campaign in tools like Klaviyo
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides to prepare and communicate performance reports
  • Experience with audience creation using in-app filters
  • Light HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot and make simple updates to email content
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new challenges and tasks
  • Ability to work PST

Nice to Have
  • Experience with push and in-app messaging campaigns
 

Compensation Range: โ‚ฑ75,000 to โ‚ฑ85,000/month
