About the Opportunity
As part of our Growth team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns for prospects, customers, and other community members. This includes helping envision and then executing lead generation and product nurture email campaigns, crafting engaging newsletters, and communicating with stakeholders about in-person events and webinars. Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of email engagement and the HubSpot automation marketing platform will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our stakeholders, and ensuring strong relationships throughout the entirety of the customer journey.
Role Expectations
- Implement high-performing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and help move leads through the marketing and sales funnel
- Create product nurture campaigns for our free and paying customers to help them get the most value out of Blumira
- Write monthly newsletters
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing copy and subject lines, and other advanced features
- Strategize and write pre-event promotional and post-event communications for in-person events and digital webinars
- Ensure accurate and appropriate email communication (cadence, content, etc.) to help minimize unsubscribes
- Develop targeted email campaigns and nurture streams tailored to specific segments of our database for personalized engagement
- Continually analyze email performance, A/B test, and improve performance based on insights
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Own email processes and documentation
About You
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an email marketing or similar role
- Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation platform
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out and keep the big picture in mind (i.e., the ability to transition from tactics to strategy as needed)
- The ability to organize and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Education in Marketing, Communication, English, and/or other industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
