Lead Software Developer – Quality Systems

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer with expertise in Quality Systems (LIMS, EQMS). If you're passionate about leading teams, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of software solutions for Quality Systems (LIMS, EQMS).
• Provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with LIMS, EQMS, and Agile development.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in software quality.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
