Job Overview

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our esteemed accounting firm as an Admin / Junior Client Advocate. This remote position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide outstanding client support while contributing to our firm’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, adeptly managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to our accountants and tax professionals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee office inventory and uphold an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Execute general office duties, including handling mail, couriers, and maintenance tasks.
  • Organize, file, and maintain comprehensive client records.
  • Prepare and format various important documents such as financial reports and tax forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, track expenses, and facilitate payment processing.
  • Support the functionality of office software and systems, resolving minor technical issues as needed.
