We are looking for a Global Tech - DevSecOps Expert ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.

The SAP DevSecOps Expert position plays a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of SAP systems through the integration of DevSecOps practices. This role requires expertise in SAP security, DevSecOps methodologies, and automation tools to seamlessly articulate SAP developments, security and testing mechanisms. It needs collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a robust SAP DevSecOps strategy.

Your key missions:

DevSecOps strategy implementation and efficient run:

  • Lead the development and implementation of DevSecOps strategies and secure operations best practices, tailored to SAP environments, ensuring security integration across the developments and operations lifecycle (based on DevSecOps for SAP framework and SAP Clean Core principles).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure alignment with organizational security policies and standards.

  • Establish and maintain security controls, vulnerability management processes, and compliance measures for SAP systems and applications, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Continuous improvement and innovation:

  • Optimize the performance and efficiency of SAP system code and applications through effective development practices and performance tuning techniques; together with a team of developer and partners.

  • Lead the improvement plan for continuous security threats and incidents monitoring, responding promptly to security events, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively.

  • You have a master’s degree (Bachelor degree +3/4/5), and +2 years of experience

  • SAP development certifications (ex. SAP Clean Core certification) is a plus

  • SAP Development experience in S/4HANA context,

  • SAP HANA database efficient usage in development

  • Continuous SAP Release management principles knowledge (CI/CD) and proven experience

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills, Efficient problem solving, Efficient translation of functional description in SAP DevOps. Eager to innovate to bring business value. Product and agile delivery model interest.

  • SAP S/4HANA development tools, SAP BTP development tools (for RAP and CAP models), SAP portal, GitHub, SAP ATC, CVA, SecurityBridge, etc.

  • You are fluent in English. French and Spanish appreciated
